Adam Tarwater vs Benjamin Sprout, Jerod P. Haden deceased 1845

Description:	The file contains a description of a survey done by George Calhound for Adam Tarwater on land of the Jerod P. Haden estate. The surveyor found an error of -1.51 acres difference from acreage in the Land Office. The papers were filed August 18, 1845 by W.R. McCord, Clerk. December 12, 1844, George Calhound, the Knox County Suveyor, filed a survey of the Haden Tract of Land. The tract adjoined the Richardville Land on Shaker Prairie and Sproutts Land. The acreage was 90.74 acres. He recorded that the tract was -1.5 acres as recorded in the land office. Included was a note that Adam Tarwarter was owed $29.25 for the difference in the land he paid for and what he received. The land sold for $19.50 per acre.
