A petition is filed during the February 1810 Term to correct the settlement of Thomas Smiths estate. The petition is signed by R. Buntin, Clerk and states that the heirs of Thomas Smith, administrated by John Smith, who settled the estate February 1808 Term want to file a correction. They state that the balance should have been $110.26 and not $67.26. They also state that John Smith is to pay Francois Cardinal the present husband of the widow and guardian by March 20, 1810. Also John Smith is to deliver to said guardian the notes due on the estate. |
