The defendants, Benjamin Thomas the estate administrator, and Sarah Mieure, the widow, had a judgement against them for three hundred thirty-eight dollars and fifty eight cents. Tilley assigned the judgement to Joseph Picquet and asked his attorney S.T. Ellis to authorize the transfer in his name, witnessed by William M Blann. Willian R.
