Samuel Judah vs Sarah Mieure and William Thomas, adm., of William Mieure deceased

Description: The file contains the complaint of trespass filed against Sarah Mieure the widow of William Mieure and William Thomas, the executor of Mieures estate. It includes subpoenas, the complaint, and eight documents of Mieures accounts. Included in the file were documents containing statements on Mieures accounts from 1834-1839. The accounts were from Henry M. Shaw, Judah and Harper, Samual Judah, and Thomas Wilson of Louisville. Also included were promissory notes to Samuel Judah witnessed by Abraham Ellis and to Jacob M. Weaver of Louisville and to Henry M. Shaw witnessed by Abraham Ellis. John Collins, Samuel Kinkaide, and Jeremiah Donavan were subpoenaed to testify. The subpoena was executed by Abraham Smith, SKC. The clerk who filed the case was W. R. McCord.
