Labor Day Parade 1926

Description: A group of men dressed in white overalls and hats probably a painters union followed by truck with a sign on the side. Behind the truck are a group of miners dressed in overalls with mining caps on their heads. One of them is carrying the American flag. They are followed by a truck carrying some miners in the back.. People are lining both sides of State Street and there are American flags flying at intervals along the street. You can see the following buildings: Economy Variety Store, Walsh Decorating co., Purdy Confectionery, McCulloughs Cafe, Princeton Water & Lighting, Book Shoe Shoppe, Applegath, J. C. Penny Co., and Peoples American National Bank.
