Knox County marriage record, 1891-1895

Description:	This marriage book has a canvas type material that covers the front, back and spine of the book. The cover shows brownish and yellowish stains on the front cover. This book has the words Knox County Marriage book 13 1891-1895 printed on the spine. The index contains pages that list three columns of information. The columns list applicants by their last names in alphabetical order, and the page number of the license application. The alphabetical tabs show wear and some deterioration on the edges. Each marriage application gives the names of the bride, groom, date the marriage was applied for, name of county, and name of the clerk. Marriage license applications and returns end on page 588. Page 589 is blank. The back inside cover is green and reddish brown. The dimensions of the book are 12 x 16.
