The Majestic Building, built between 1895-1896, is located at 47 South Pennsylvania Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. Designed by Oscar Bohlen of D.A. Bohlen & Son, the Majestic Building was constructed as the headquarters of the Indiana Gas Company and has provided office space for several other business throughout its history (including Citizens Gas Company as seen in this image). The Majestic Building was the first entirely steel-framed skyscraper in Indiana. |
