Frank Scribner Griffin

Description: Frank Scribner Griffin (1864-1937), son of Colonel Daniel F. Griffin and Mary E. Compton Griffin. Franks father, Daniel Griffin, was a brother of Patrick Griffin of Corydon, Indiana. After serving during the Civil War, Daniel returned to his home in New Albany, Indiana, and soon after died of typhoid fever. His son, Frank Scribner Griffin, was an infant at the time. As an adult, Frank worked for the Louisville and Nashville Railroad and lived in Michigan and Florida. He married Anna Louise Bailey in 1915.
