L.N.A.&C personnel and Engine No. 3 at Corydon Depot

Description: Personnel of the Louisville, New Albany & Corydon Railroad pictured with the lines Engine No. 3. From left are: George Crawford, McKinley Crawford, St. John Boyle, Tilgham Til Harrison, and engineer John Frederick. St. John Boyle led the development of the railroad company with stock being sold in 1881, and its first run began in 1883. The LNA&C was later owned and managed by Charles Buchanan from ca. 1907 until his death in 1941. His son, William Buchanan, then became president and ran the railroad until 1972, when it was purchased by the Evans Products Company.
