Description: A summons to the Sheriff of Knox County to bring Ambroise Mallett and Francois Mallet to court on the third Monday of March instant to give evidence on behalf of Pierre Andrew, defendant in the suit of Pecan Tremble. Pecan Tremble is charging Andrew Mallett as being the father of her child. A $100 penalty will be applied to Mallett if he fails to appear in court. The summons is dated March 8, 1813 and signed by R. Buntin, Clerk. They are to give evidence on behalf of Pierre Andrew, defendant on a suit brought on behave of Pecan Tremble on a charge of being the father of her child. A $100 penalty will be applied if they fail to appear. The summons was filed March 8, 1813 by R. Buntin, Clerk. A Cost of Court Bill was filed for the April 1813 Term to the August 1813 Term for $7.84. The case was dismissed.
