Cartier, Pierre vs Francois Bizayon

Description: A capias is sent to the Sheriff of Knox County to take Francois Bizayon to court on the last Monday in November, next to answer unto Pierre Cartier on a plea of trespass and damages to the sum of $150. The capias is witnessed by R. Buntin Common Pleas court of Knox County on August 16, 1810. A cost of court list is filed during the November Term for $2.65 less cash payment of $1 leaving 41.65 plus execution of the capias.
