The file contains, Benjamin Thomas complaint to Judge James Thorn about the need to sell property owned by Thomas Crum to settle his estate. His complaint is with Alfred Belwood the administrator of the Harry Vanderhoof estate. Mr. Vanderhoof bought property from Mr. Crum and died. He wants the heirs who are minors to settle the property issue. Also included is a subpoena for the heirs, their guardian, and the estate administrator. The file contains, Benjamin Thomas complaint with the Harry Vanderhoof estate. Mr. Vanderhoof purchased property from Mr. Crums estate and the money has not been received. April 21, 1845, W. R. McCord, Clerk, issued a subpoena for Alfred Belwood, the administrator of the Harry Vanderhoff estate, Adam Andrew, David Vanderhoof, Eliza Vanderhoof, Margaret Vanderhoff, Louise Vanderhoof, and George Crock Guardian to answer to Benjamin Thomas, administrator of the Thomas Crum estate. The subpoena was executed by Isaac Mass, Sheriff April 22, 1845. A. Belwood was not found. $4.95 were the court costs for serving the subpoena. |
