Benjamin M. Thomas, the administrator of the estate of Thomas Crum files against Alfred Belwood, administrator of Harvey Belwood. The debt is for $300 plus damages of $150. The suit is filed by R. W. Thomas attorney for the plaintiff on November 22, 1845. On February 11, 1846 a complaint is filed by Benjamin Thomas, administrator of Thomas Crum against Alfred Belwood, administrator of Henry Vanderhoof for the sum of $300 that Harvey Vanderhoof agreed to pay on April 29, 1843. The complaint also states that Adam Andrew also promised to jointly pay the debt. The complaint filed February 11, 1846 states that there has not since been no payments made on the account. The plaintiffs attorney B. W. Thomas request that damages in the amount of $150 also be paid. The cost of court fees is filed by Isaac Mass. Benjamin Thorns bailiff fees for standing and riding are $4.51. Seneca Almys bailiff fees are $7.25 for riding and standing. A summons is issued for Alfred Belwood administrator of Harvey Vanderhoof to answer to the charges of debt and damages. the summons is filed November 22, 1845. |
