Description:	The file contains two documents regarding the suit Louis Watson brought against the Estate of John Baptist Richardville for failure to pay for a suit for his son. Included is a summons for John Richardville and the charges for the suit as well as the request for a summons for John Richardville. A summons was issued for John Richardville, the administrator of John Baptist Richardvilles Estate to appear in the Knox Probate Court during the August Term 1839. He was to answer to a plea of Trespass by Louis Watson. The summons was issued by W.R. McCord, Clerk. B.M. Henry requested a summons be issued for the case and documented the outstanding debt of May 4, 1837: one suit of clothes for son $45.00 billed to Estate of John Baptist Richardville by LL. Watson.
