Littleton Timms vs John Baptist Richardville, admin. of John Baptist Richardville deceased 1842

Description:	The file contains the documents related to the suit that Littleton Timms brought against the estate of John Baptist Richardville in 1842. Included in the file is the subpoena for Alexander Fraizer to testify on Timms behalf and the account sheet that Timms had with Richardville. A deposition sworn by Alexander Fraizer is attached to the account sheet. A subpoena was issued for Alexander Fraizer by W.R. McCord, Clerk, to appear at the Knox County Probate Court. Abraham Smith, Sheriff, noted it was not served by order of parties. The account sheet of Littleton Timms was the second document in the file. The account ran in 1839 and included some of the following items: 2 Seal Caps $2.00; 1 Seal Cap $1.25; 2 Pair Shoes $2.75; Riding Whip $.50; 2 Dozen Cossets $.12 1/2; 2 Pair Stockings $1.25; Difference in Shoes $.25; Veil $2.00; 2 Yards Calico $.40; Comb $.12 1/2; Bonnet $.06 1/4; 1 Yard Bobinette $.38; 1 Pair Gloves $.38; Indigo $.12 1/2....Total Amount $11.95. Alexander Fraizer in a depostion swore before John B. Richardville and Martin Robindson , J.P., that he was present when the above items were purchased, except the one Seal Cap. They were purchased by the daughter of Littleton Timms and they were told to put it on her fathers account.
