Robert Young vs B.M. Thomas, admin. of William Mieure deceased 1840

Description:	The file contains two promissory notes of William Mieure to Robert Young and one sworn affidavit by Samuel Kincaide regarding the delivery of wood to William Mieure by Robert Young. The affidavit was witnessed by B. M. Thomas, estate administrator, and sworn before Samuel Hill, J.P. One receipt indicates that Robert Young delivered 10 loads of wood to William Mieure for $15.00 in 1838. Below the receipt is the sworn affidavit of Samuel Kincaide. One promissory note to Young is for $25.00 for value received. A second note is for $50.00 on the account of Young. The paperwork was filed on February 15, 1840 by W. R. McCord, Clerk.
