Description: The file contains two promissory notes of William Mieure to Robert Young and one sworn affidavit by Samuel Kincaide regarding the delivery of wood to William Mieure by Robert Young. The affidavit was witnessed by B. M. Thomas, estate administrator, and sworn before Samuel Hill, J.P. One receipt indicates that Robert Young delivered 10 loads of wood to William Mieure for $15.00 in 1838. Below the receipt is the sworn affidavit of Samuel Kincaide.
