John Wise vs John Holland, admin. Christian Graeter, deceased

Description: This file contains the accounts of Christian Graeter with John Wise and Wise and Wilson. Included is an Deposition by Nathaniel Hammet that the accounts are accurate. The Deposition was sworn before General W. Johnston on May 15, 1833. The case was filed February 1835 by A.D. Scott, Clerk. One account record attested to by Nathanile Hammet was from 1825-1832. It listed: 3 fire buckets $7.50, mending harness $.25, mending saddle $.12, lady saddle $30.00, saddle P. Fredrick $13.00, mending bridle $ .62, etc. Total $62.25. The account sheet for 1824-1825 listed leather work e.g. 3 Fire Buckets $7.50, mend harness $.25, mend ear of saddle $ .12, 1 leather strap $.75, 1 qt oil $.37 1/2, Totaling $16.934 3/4. Also included is one note Due Christian Graeter seventeen dollars in saddlery for value received, July 15, 1824. Signed Wise and Wilson.
