Knox County court record for Littleton Timms vs Jacob Payne

Description: On 24 April 1841, Littleton Timms by judgement and in consideration of John Collins, Esq J. P. County of Knox recovered against Jacob Payne the sum of $22.17 plus costs of court $5.22 on judgement July 29, 1841. Timms appears back in court and says the case has yet to be resolved. Witness was William. R. McCord, Clerk dated 11 Sept. 1841.
