Hisrevolutionary discoveries will bring much insight into anextremely complex system. However, some peoplebelieve that other candidates that deserved the awardmore were overlooked. Nevertheless, many othersbelieve that Ohsumis work is far-reaching and that he iswell deserving of this recognition.I think it will stem intoresearch and its not going tobe about vaccines or deliveringnew cells, but I think it willdefinitely stem into a lot of newresearch.SENIOR ABBIFEINERPARDON MY FRENCHIn October 2016, South students hosted students from the Lycee de NotreDame in France for two weeks, planning field trips and activities to show themthe essence of Bloomington.
