Interview with Alice Rose Peyton

Description: As a young woman, Alice Rose (later Peyton), worked for her father in his Coal Business. In January of 1937, she contracted the flu and was too ill to move by trains to another city. Her family sought refuge in the Jeffersonville Bakery. Both her home and her fathers business was impacted by the flood.
