Interview with Linda Godsey, teacher and librarian. The interview was conducted by Eden Kuhlenschmidt on February 12, 2022, as part of the Jeffersonville Township Public Library’s project on the impact of COVID pandemic and protests on individual lives. Godsey discusses how she first learned about COVID, the impact and restrictions on her personal life, and being able to perform her job as a teacher and librarian. She discusses the Breonna Taylor shooting, her reaction, the protests in Louisville and Clarksville, Ind., and talking to her students about the protests. Godsey ends the interview with observations about the frustrations and benefits she experienced during the pandemic years. |
