Apollo-x Lunar Challenger Toy

Description: Apollo 10 was the tenth mission of the Apollo Program. Apollo 10s crew consisted of Mission Commander Thomas P. Stafford, John W. Young and Eugene A Cerman. Their mission was to test the equipment that would be used by Apollo 11 during its lunar landing. Their primary concern was how the Command and Lunar Modules would function during their separation after entering the moons orbit. The Lunar Module flew over the Apollo landing site twice, but never landed. Along with the valuable information about its equipment, NASA gained valuable information about the moon through the 100s of photographs taken by Apollo 10. The mission was May 10-26, 1969.
