At right is Daniel Patrick Griffin (1885-1975) with friend O. L. Harris in Cincinnati, Ohio, 1908. Daniel was the seventh and youngest child of Patrick and Helen Porter Griffin of Corydon, Indiana. He was a graduate of Purdue Universitys School of Pharmacy and for a time worked at Foert Meyer Drugs in Cincinnati, Ohio. He returned to Corydon and became a partner in the familys dry good firm and store, which operated on the square in Corydon for many years. |
