Charles Landers acknowledges himself indebted to the U S in the sum of $100 and Henry Ruble in the sum of $50 to be levied of their respective goods, chattels, lands and tenements if in default. Charles Landers is to come before a judge of the Common Pleas Court to answer to a complaint of Henry Edwards for an assault committed on him on the 20 th of August 1810. The bond was acknowledged in the presence of William Prince, Justice of the Peace of Knox County on August 22, 1810. |
