Description: This file contains the documents in a case related to the suit Laurence Bazadone brought against Pierre Bordelau for failure to pay a debt of $45.32 1/3 cents. The summons, dated July 11, 1810 calls for Pierre Bordelau to appear before the Court of Common Pleas on the last Monday of July, 1810. According to the Minute Book of Common Pleas, 1807-1810, page 268, the plaintiff was awarded $45.32 1/3 cents plus interest, costs and charges on January 9, 1811.
