Description: The file contains one document the Bond of Samuel Carruthers in the suit that George Wallace, Jr. brought against Carruthers in 1810. Johnston and the Defendant by J. Johnson. The Defendant could not deny the action of the Plaintiff. It was ordered that the Plaintiff recover the sum of $180.00 to be discharged by the payment of $86.94 1/2 with interest from February 12, 1810, together with court costs and expenses related to the suit.
