A Summons is issued to Pierre Querre, administrator of Charles Boucher, estate who appeared before the judge on the 3rd of November. He is summoned to come to court again on the 16th of December 1806 in a plea of trespass in the amount of $2000. The summons is signed 15 December 1806 by R. Buntin, Clerk C.P. K. C. On the reverse it states that the summons was executed and returned by Daniel Sullivans Deputy, James Adams, with a total cost of $10.22. |
