Description:	The file contains the documents relating to the suit the Christian Graeter Estate brought against Henry Brokaw for debt. The paper work was filed on August 15, 1833 by Alexander Scott, Clerk. It contains a court transcript, two account sheets and a receipt. The court transcript filed 2-12-1833 was of the debt owed to the Christian Graeter Estate by Henry Brokaw. The suit was filed by the administrators of the estate, Samuel Emison and John Holland. $32.50 was the amount due. Both parties agreed to move the suit to the Knox County Probate Court. The transcript was signed by General Washington Johnston. The account sheet of Henry Brokaw with Christian Graeter ran from 1830-1830. A third document of the Estate of Christian Graeter to Henry Brokow:Making vest and pantaloons for Europe $4.00; Silk Twistand Thread $.37 1/2 Balance on Coat $2.25; and Sundries and Trimmings $1.50. The fourth document was a receipt for $21.93 3/4 full amount of a judgement against Henry Brokaw. Signed Samuel Emison and John Holland on February 12, 1833.
