Indictment of Peter W. Nally for theft

Description: Peter W. Nally, laborer, was brought before the Grand Jury, in the February 1805 Term. He as accused of stealing two pigs, the property of Laurient Bazadon. According to the jury foreman, Isaac Westfall, it was not a true bill. The document was written by B. Park, atty genl.
