Indictment against Jacob Minor

Description: At the May 1812 court term the jurors for the United States did say that on April 10, 1802, Jacob Minor, yeoman, did assault Benjamin Beckes, Esquire. The document is signed by H. Hurst Deputy Assistant Clerk. A notation on the back states this is a true bill and is listed as an indictment for Jacob Minor. Isaac Westfall is also listed. A verdict of not guilty is also noted. John Harbin was listed as foreman.
