Lawrence Bazadone vs Luke Decker, adm. of Daniel Sullivan dec

Description: Transcript of a Plea of Trespass by Lawrence Bazadone against Luke Decker, administrator of the Daniel Sullivan estate. The Defendant is suing for damages of twelve hundred dollars. The Defendant, Bazadone, declared that Daniel Sullivan on January 15, 1789 wrote a promissory note for two thousand six hundred and twenty pounds of flour to be paid in the month of February next and two hundred and fifty nine pounds and one third pound of good pork in the month of March and if not paid then, to be paid in peltry for the value fifteen hundred twenty livers in peltry as well for divers goods, wares and merchandise delivered to said Daniel Sullivan. Bazadon has not been paid by Sullivan or Decker. The Defendant, Decker was summoned and appearing in person, put in his Plea of plea administration. Wherefore it is considered by the Court that the Plaintiff have Judgement and that a Writ of Inquiry be issued for November Term.
