Martin Robinson, administrator of James Theriac vs Henry Winemiller

Description: A receipt dated June 13, 1840 for $6.49 that Henry Winemiller paid on his account owed to James Theriac, deceased. The document was signed by Martin Robinson, Administrator of James Theriac. An account dated June 19, 1839 to October 16, 1839 in the amount of $6.43 3/4 that Henry Winemiller had with James Theriac, deceased. Items listed on the account are shoes, cologne, vials of oil of spike, vials of opodoldoc, camphor, nails, a gallon bottle, 8 yards bed tick, 8 yards of bombazine, caster oil and cash payments. A statement by Henry Winemiller where he states he has not received these items on the September 13, 1839 account: 13 1/2 yards of bombazine @ $2.00, 1/4 imp tea .37 1/2, nails at 12 1/2, camphor at .25 for a total of $4.75. Mr. Winemiller appeared in open court to give testimony before A. A. Robinson, J. P. A summons for Henry Winemiller to appear at the the October 17, 1840 session to answer to Martin Robinson, Administrator of James Theriac on a plea of debt before A. A. Robinson, Justice of the Peace. The defense denies the claim on part of the plaintiffs demands and filed a receipt on the account. The account is sent to Probate Court per A. A. Robinson, Justice of the Peace on October 29, 1840.
