An account dated April 19 1835 to May 14, 1838 for medicine, medical visits and vaccinations for $72.12 1/2 that the estate of James Theriac owes to Dr. Joseph Somes. A sworn statement on the account by Daniel Stahl says that he knows that in September 1834 that a bargain was made between Dr. Joseph Somes and James Theriac for Theriac to pay $20 per year for Dr. Somes servicesand he knows it was still in effect. This statement was sworn and subscribed before Martin Robinson, Justice of the Peace on March 25, 1841. A subpoena for Francis and Margaret Theriac is issued. They are to appear on behalf of Joseph Somes. The subpoena is dated and witnessed August 16, 1843 by W. R. McCord, Clerk. |
