Nicholas Bayarjeon, his estate with his administration and vouchers

Description: A voucher is filed February 25, 1833 by Vital Bouche Jr. It is a copy of an inventory bill of sale and two accounts current of the estate of Nicholas Bayarjeon deceased. Dominque Page in right of his wife, Pelage Bayarjeon is the administrator of the estate. 16 sheets of papers were filed on February 19, 1833 at the cost of $2.00. Account was verified as being paid by the Knox County Clerk, Samuel Smith Jr. A list of the appraisement of the goods and chattles of Nicholas Bayarjeon made by Antoine Rejambull and Alex Tougas at the request of Pelage Bayarjeon adm. of Nic Bayargeon. The estate is valued at $157.50. On May 31, 1828 Alexa Tougas makes oath to Sam Hitt, Justice of the Peace, that the above appraisement of goods and chattles of Nicholas Bayarjeon is correct. The appraisal is for various livestock, hens, pots, pans, crocks, candle molds, kitchen utensils, farm equipment, mens clothing and is filed before Sam Smith, Clerk Pro Tem. A bill of sales is filed with the account listing the goods and chattles of Nicholas Bayarjeon dated March 8, 1828. The listing of items and purchasers with the total amount sold is filed February 25, 1833 and the sales total $111.27 signed and sworn by oath on June 31, 1828 by Pelage Bayargeon. The document was certified by Samuel Smith Jr. Clerk Pro Tem on February 25, 1833. An account with the list of names and amounts was paid from the account was sworn to be correct by William Moore, and it was filed February 25, 1833 by R. P. Price. The final bill of sale for the state account was filed February 25, 1833 by A. S. Scott. The account covers the time from August 1829 to March 1, 1830. the total is $141.48. William Polke, Justice of the Peace verified that the voucher was correct on March 15, 1830
