Description:	The file contains a bill of sale on items John Drinnin purchased from Abraham Defrance dated September 5, 1800. Items on the list are 3 candlesticks, 1 large looking glass, 1 tin pitcher, a coffee mill, coffee pot, 6 delf plates, knives, forks, box, a lot of delftware, tea tray, small oven, womans saddle, 1 blanket for a total of $29.39 in Virginia currency. On reverse it states to pay G. W. Johnston the same owed to Abraham Defrance signed J. B. (John) Drinnen. A summons for John B Drinnen to come to court on the last Monday of July on a plea of trespass and damages in the amount of $50 owed to Abraham Defrance. On the reverse of the document it states it was executed by P. Beckes, Sheriff, the document was dated June 4, 1807 at a cost of 46 1/2 cents. A complaint is filed on July 1807 by Abraham Defrance he complains of John B Drinnin on a plea of trespass on 5 September 1806. He states that Drinnen owes him $29.39 for divers, goods, wares and merchandise sold to him that plaintiff is asking for $50 in damages. The document is signed by Johnston, P. Q. Abraham Defrance puts his pledge to Gen. W. Johnston his attorney against John B Drinnen in the act of trespass. Judgement was found on behave of plaintiff for $29.39 in damages. Signed W. Jones T.
