Upon examining the depositions the information was found untrue. The document is signed Mitchell Bonhome and N. B. Banon. The defendants cost for judge and sheriff are $5.95. R. H. Clements, Justice of the Peace swears that the document is a complete transcript from his docket. The document is filed March 24, 1856. |
