An account John Law, the surviving partner of the law firm Law and McConaugly has with the estate of Samuel Bruner. The account is dated March 8, 1841 and is for a $25 fee of enactment in the case of Blackburn vs Self. J. B. Martin, administrator of Samuel Bruner stated at Vincennes on August 16, 1843 that he knows Mr. Law attended to an action of enactment and the same was heard by the jury for a horse and lot claimed by Bruner. The question is the amount of the fees to be charged. The account is filed August 15, 1843 by W. R. McCord, Clerk. |
