James D McCall (estate) vs Alexis LeRoy (estate)

Description:	Alexis LeRoys estate with Joseph Sims administrator, filed a suit on May 18, 1842 for $245.80. W. R. McCord, Clerk and Davis Ray, Deputy Clerk are listed on the document. The account is from October 15, 1838 to August 14, 1840 for boarding, cost of a book, and a pair of shoes for the daughter named Mary, also fees for Henry were listed for boarding. A running list from December 14, 1838 to October 14, 1840 shows expenses of cash, candles, treasury note, notes for George Gibson, boarding fees, cash paid for clothing to Mrs. LeRoys & Mrs. Lewis the amount due the estate is $338.16 per LeRoys bill. The document was filed May 21, 1842 by W. R. McCord, Clerk and by Davis Ryan, Deputy Clerk.
