Description: This is the Grand Army of the Republic application of James B. Reynolds, dated May 27, 1899. James first enlisted on June 29, 1863 as Private in Company A 54th Regiment of the Pennsylvania Volunteers and was discharged on August 17, 1863. James re-enlisted on April 6, 1865 as Private in Company (omitted) 103rd Regiment of the Pennsylvania Infantry and was discharged on June 25, 1865. James application was recommended by James H. Mullen. Examining Committee members were J.S. Neely, William Edington, and F.M. McCoy. Applicant Elected and Mustered May 27, 1899. No. on Des. Book: 741. James W. Haley, Adjutant; James H.
