Labor Day Parade, Princeton, Ind., September 5, 1927

Description: Photograph which shows the front of the parade which is a group of miners in overalls, long sleeve shirt and caps. There is a boy marching between two gentlemen. Behind this group is a truck with its hood, fenders and bed decorated with red and white stripes of material and paint. There is a sign on the bed of the truck listing the union. Behind the truck is the band seen in negative 144 and behind the band is another union. There are people lining both side of the street which is decorated with flags. The buildings that can be seen are Walsh Decorating Co., Purdys Confectionery, McCulloughs Cafe, Universal Market, J. C. Penny, and Peoples American National Bank.
