Knox County probate record for Peter Potvine, 1853

Description: The probate record for Peter Potvine is housed in Box 52 of the Knox County probate records. It can be found at the Knox County Public Library’s McGrady-Brockman House. A hand written document was filed by Barbara Potvine, widow of Peter Potvine, on December 9, 1953. Barbara states that her late husband’s property is not worth over three hundred dollars and asks that it be appraised. On December 9, 1853, William Denny, Clerk of the Court of Common Please appoints Eugene Delisle and Joseph LaPlant to appraise the property of Peter Potvine. An inventory of the property is also included in this file.
