THE NORMAL ADVANCE55classes: active membership and graduate membership. An active member is a member whois doing active work in one of the variouscourses in the State Normal. Beginning withthe year 1908, graduate members are those whohave remained active members until the timeof their leaving the State Normal. Beginningwith the year 1908, any member who, whileremaining an active student in the school, hasfor any reason left the society, has lost all hisclaims of membership. A member, who hasbeen out of school for a term or more, is expected to rejoin the society upon his return.Forum men, who wrere active members previousto the year 1908, may become graduate members by sending in an application for suchmembership any time till the close of the summer term of 1910, provided the application isunanimously accepted by the active body.Graduate members are eligible to attend allregular meetings of the Forum. The applications of Messrs. Cauble and Bryce have alreadybeen accepted. All old Forum men are urgedto see to the matter as soon as possible.SENIOR.The Senior class has shown itself a participant in the growing spirit of the school. Thisis evidenced by the increased attendance andthe revival of class spirit which at presentseems to pervade not only the Senior class butall classes of the school.
