Description:	This painting depicts a group of buggies driving to church on a Sunday morning. There are four buildings lining a lane with multiple buggies driving in the same direction. The house on the farthest left side of the lane is white with a light green roof and is two-storied. The building to the right is a bright red barn with a white roof. The barn has three chimneys and two visible windows on the second story. There is a large windmill that rises above the roof of the barn. Another barn that is brown and white, resembling an barn made of unfinished wood, can be seen to the right of the red barn. The barn of unfinished wood has a field stone foundation. The next barn, to the right of the brown, is multi-storied, white with a gray roof. It also has a foundation that looks similar to rock. There is a lane in front of the line of buildings that intersects with another lane running along the bottom of the painting in the bottom right corner. One buggy runs along the lane lining the bottom of the painting with a light brown horse. The only person visible in this buggy is the man in a white shirt driving. Three buggies are on the lane that runs in front of the buildings, all going in the same direction. The one farthest to the left is barely visible as it is outside the scope of detail in the painting. The last two are both pulled by brown horses and driven by men in black hats. There is one buggy waiting to turn onto the lane from the houses lining the road. This buggy has a black horse and two men sitting in the front seats. The title of this painting, Sunday Morning in Lanc. Co. Pa., is located in the center of the bottom edge in black. Comments and the date are in the bottom left corner in black. Schrocks signature is in the bottom right corner in black.
