The girls are then screened bya faculty committee. The ushers were chosen on thebasis of courtesy, personality, dependability, punctuality, character, and their ability to work together. Membership to this club is an honor and is a worth-whileservice to the school.The girl ushers direct spectators to reserved seats atall home basketball games and tournaments. They alsoprovide information to anyone desiring it. A goal important to cheerleaders isthe development of good co-ordination. An essentialpart to cheerleading is the learning of new cheers andways to lead them.Cheerleaders sponsored a pep session this year.
