Helping to promote this purposewere foreign students from Indiana University wholed discussions and showed pictures about countriesthrough which they had traveled. It is hoped that agreater understanding of people all over the worldwould be the result.Due to the fact that we had a teacher from Indiaon our faculty this year, Mr. Kumar, all of the programs were based on Indian life. At the first meeting,Mr. Kumar told about himself and how long his staywould be. At the next meeting students from Indiawere interviewed by the members of the club. At another meeting he taught the students the language ofthe Indians and played Indian music for them to whichthey learned to jitterbug. Mr. Kumar completed hisdiscussions by showing a movie on Indian life.Officers of the International Relations Club wereJohn Thomas, president; Helen Chambers, vice-president; and Carolyn Sullivan, secretary-treasurer.
