This is a digitized recording of a dictabelt, which the Indianapolis Fire Department used to record dispatch calls during the 1960s and 1970s. Following are the calls on this dictabelt: Here Apartments fire. 3rd alarm at 3900 Shadeland. Mostly communication between dispatcher and engines. Phone off the hook at Box 874 at La Salle and Newton. Police cant find the box. Dictabelt |
