This is a digitized recording of a dictabelt, which the Indianapolis Fire Department used to record dispatch calls during the 1960s and 1970s. Following are the calls on this dictabelt: 1) Caller reports a fire in Noblesville, dispatcher tells operator to transfer call. 2) Heart attack reported at 30 W North St. 3) Car accident with injuries at 61st and Meridian. 4) Medical emergency at 3704 Hawthorne Ln. 5) Miscarriage at 2315 N Talbot. 6) Furnace on fire at 1310 W 32nd St. 7) Man having a seizure at 1667 N College Ave, Apt 6. Recording ends at midnight. |
