Description:	This is a digitized recording of a dictabelt, which the Indianapolis Fire Department used to record dispatch calls during the 1960s and 1970s: 1. Fire fighter reports fire run was just a smoke scare, no action taken and no supplies used. 2. Woman in Mars Hill asks for help evicting man from home that has threatened her. 3. Woman calls requesting to have fire fighter get in touch with her. 4. Woman calls for help with fire prevention at 1127 Medford, kids are setting barrels on fire at her home and causing brush fires. 5. Man reported several beaten at Belk Railroad, 900 block of East Michigan, police contacted by dispatcher. 6. Smoke in basement reported at 1330 North tuxedo.
