Fire run report, at 3901 North Meridian owner Lieberman Associates, in a five story office building a man having difficulty breathing was taken to Community Hospital. 7. Asthma attack reported at 6 South Euclid, ambulance and engine 12 dispatched. 8. Truck on fire reported at corner of 1500 block of Rural and Minnesota. 9.
