This is a digitized recording of a dictabelt, which the Indianapolis Fire Department used to record dispatch calls during the 1960s and 1970s. Following are the calls on this dictabelt: 1.) Question about when Here fire started. 2.) Extended period of static and low sound recording. 3.) Call from Chief Morris informing Captain King will not be in today. 4.) Question about equipment number on fire hose, 6. 5.) Call to 1020 West 24th Street. 6.) Dispatcher calls Firefighter Doug at home telling him to report to the Here Apartments for his shift. 7.)
